RATES:

POOL HEAT & JACUZZI HEAT (AS WELL AS NORMAL CLEANING FEES) ARE  ALWAYS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEES. WITH OUR HOUSE THERE ARE NEVER ANY HIDDEN COSTS!

Year-round, except July/August/Holidays:$1175-1425/week (£850-1066/week)

July/August/Holidays:  $1425-1500/week (£1066-1130/week)

Christmas/New Years/Easter: $1500-1675/week (£1130-1261/week)

 Prices in Pounds include sales tax, prices in Dollars are exclusive of sales tax.

(9th/10th guest $50/£35ea./week supplement)

TERMS:

$/£ 25% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your reservation. $300/£200 refundable security deposit as well as full cost for rental due 75 days prior to your visit.  Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice.
